Ran on the tm today. Goal was to do a long run and combine it with a little bit of speed. Ran 2 miles ez then did 3x1 miles with .5 in between at 8:00 pace. Splits for my miles were 6:45, 6:30 and 6:15. I followed the last one up with another recovery 800 and then did 3x800s at 6:15 pace with 800 recovery jog (8:00) in between. 1 mile cool down for 10 miles today. It was nice to change the pace up a bit. |
