Got up and ran 5 miles outside before traveling home. My garmin died about half way through my run- but I suspect my average was around 7 minute pace.

Way to be motivated. I've been dragging since the race. But that's probably more due to the amounts of food I've been stuffing in my body... Keep up the good work.
