Did a workout on the mill today. Did 5x800s with 8:30 pace 800m jog in between. My first 800 started out at 6:27 pace, then I picked up the pace by a couple seconds for the rest of them. Last one was a 6:05 pace. (avg pace for all 5 of them was 6:18) This was a moderate workout-I wanted to run my intervals a little slower-but keep the recovery pace faster. |
