Did a tough workout on the mill today. Did 1x1 mile, 2x800s and 1x1 mile. (with a 3 minute jog in between each) First mile was 6:11 pace, 2x800s were each at 6:00 pace and the last mile was a 6:07. I felt tired and sluggish during this one-but decided I need to start picking up the paces for the half coming up. |
