WEnt to the track today for a 7 mile tempo run. Wanted to run around 6:30 pace or slightly faster...My splits were 6:28, 6:27, 6:24, 6:26, 6:23, 6:21, 6:03. (6:22 avg pace) I felt pretty relaxed the whole time, and had enough in the tank for a speedy last mile...I was happy about that..Feeling pretty tired now though... |
