Mom is in town so we took the kids to the track and I did a tempo workout of 2 miles with 400 jog then 1 mile. My splits for the two mile were 6:41, and 6:26 (total time 15:07) My time for the mile was 6:13. Then I cooled down and did some strides. Felt pretty good-even though it was 80 degrees outside. (need to start earlier)
