I am new to this site..hopefully I can figure out how it works. Today I pushed Cache in the baby jogger to the track (2 miles) then I did 5 mile tempo pace without jogger at the track. My average mile pace for the whole 5 miles was 7:18, although I did finish the 5th mile in 6:44. Ran home for a 2 mile cool down. Overall I felt ok. Been feeling tired lately due to Cache not sleeping well at night. Look forward to next Saturdays 5k run to see where I am at. I feel like I am barely starting to get in shape after giving birth to him 4 months ago.

Great job and welcome. This blog is the greatest for tracking your workouts and seeing how you're improving. So, I'm guessing Cache didn't cheer you on much, huh? Give him time...he'll come around. :-)
