Did 6x600s on the treadmill today with 2 minute easy jog in between. Did my 600s at 9.0 mph on an incline of 5.0. I'm not going to lie-I was tired on this one. Couldn't wait for it to end. (I thought this would be a moderate workout-but it felt hard today-my body just felt off)oh well-..

I felt the same way - but you still kicked my trash. An incline of 5.0? Crazy girl! Remind me what kind of treadmill you have. I am purchasing one this weekend.

Wow-great work out yourself! 400s are so hard for me! btw-the treadmill I have is a nordic track elite 7500. Love it-good luck buying one.
