Did a 4 mile tempo run outside today. 1.25 warm up then 4 straight. Splits were 6:15, 6:00, 6:25 and 6:21. (6:16 avg pace-(first two miles were very downhill, 3rd mile was mostly flat with rolling hills and 4th mile was uphill) I was happy with this workout-most of the miles were downhill-but I was glad to finish strong with the 4th one being uphill. 1.75 cool down |
