5 miles this morning, finally. I took a couple of day off, because I felt like it. No other reason. I need to come up with some kind of new years resolution. Some kind of a fitness plan, which usually involves training for some kind of race.
I'll be thinking on it. I'm half way temped to train hard and see if I can PR in a marathon, or maybe another 1/2 iron or full. We'll see what happens.
