Have some compassion for the guy who did the 100 mile race this week and let him have the top of the mileage board.

Actually, Bill would be on top of the board... not Miguel.

Why don't you put your name with the request, too?

From Cheston on Fri, Jun 27, 2008 at 20:17:00

I know if I did a 100 mile race, I wouldn't be scared to put my name to my comments.

So here is the "funny" part. You changed your template but still put your bike miles under running instead of crosstraining and this week you didn't put your swimming "miles" under anything? My question is what are you keeping track of anyway?

Hey Cheston! Sick miles lately! Nice rides and such. I've been injured about five months now with achilles issues. I was wondering what kind of bike you use, and how long it takes you to bike 30? I know how you feel with comments because I was logging all my miles under the mileage, but didn't have a x-training or triathlon kind of blog. And unfortunately I had already changed my blog so I can't go back and pick the triathlon training one :(. But what I found worked nicely as a gauge for approximate miles run for bike miles was logging them @ 33%.. i.e. 30 mile ride is about 10 mile run. I know its not the same for time: miles ration, but I found for me it's about the same for the effort ratio. What do you think? You think that 3 miles biked = 1 mile run?
