Personal:

I'm married with four children.  I run with a group called the Bingham Butt-Kickers, a really fun group of people that gets me out running early on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and sometimes Saturdays.   I recently found out that I've been running with poor form for many years, which has probably contributed to some nagging aches and pains I've had for years.  One of my big goals now is to be able to run with better form and to have running feel more effortless.  I hope this won't take too many years to achieve!

Today was a great day.  First, started out with a 10 mile run with the fun people in my group.  Cheris had planned a run with lots of hills, and I do have to say, I like hills.  And I like the people in my group, so it was a perfect run, except for missing the people in my group who weren't there.  Then hubby and I went to the temple.  I have this goal of once a month, and today was it for May, so we went and enjoyed it.   Then home to do a few household chores (not so fun, but somebody has to do them).  Then a 10 mile bike ride with hubby that included going up Butterfield Canyon  (giving myself 3 miles for that).  It was hard but enjoyable at the same time.  Then home to a wedding shower for a neighbor.  Then to dinner with the future in-laws to plan last minute wedding things.  Then home to fall in bed exhausted.  But it was a great day.

It sounds like you had quite the day. So do you have a son or daughter getting married?

WOW!!! That is a BUSY day. Nice that you through the temple in there to help you slow down the pace a little!

It was GREAT seeing you today. OH, and I got in the car and they were talking on the radio about dying in an airplane crash. They said your chances of dying of heart disease or 1 in 5 (really?), chances of dying in a car accident are 1 in 5,000 and dying in an airplane was 1 in 20,000. I do not know if any of that is true, it was just funny because we had just talked about it!
