Legs were so weighed down! I had to push for every step. I feel so inadequate to running right now. I know why I do it and I love it so much, But I feel like I can't be what I want to be again. I will just keep pushing through these next few weeks and then hit some workouts and hope those build me up a little!
My stomache has still been hurting, and I've been eating really healthy for the most part.. But I am going to try eliminating sugar entirely for the next little while and see if I can pin point the problem. |
