ARGHHHH I NEED TO GET TO THE FREAKING SCHOOOOL SOME HOW IN THE MORNINGS! It was slow AGAIN and I think I get way to side tracked when I run on my own and I find myself running way slow and needing to remind myself to pick it up! Oh well I got it done thats all that matters!

Holy heck!!! I had butterflies all freaking day because of this workout! The nerves were almost worse than doing the workout! Ha just kidding that workout was murder! And I got so distracted during the day from pshycing myself out that i forgot to drink that much water and so I really suffered during this run. I almost passed out after the second 800 but I didn't want to go home and say I didnt finish the workout so even though it was slow I finished it up! Hardest workout of the year OVER and I am soo ready to race!!!! (not physically right now but mentally yes! ha) |
