Short-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.

Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To enjoy a very long life of running!

Break 6 min in the mile

Break 12 min in the 3200M

Break 20 min in the 5k

break 2 hours in the 1/2

Personal:

College Sophomore at SUU.

Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.

Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.

OYE!!! Didn't go running till like 8 at night.. It was dark so I got a buddy down the street, Parker Westoff to come with me.. I wanted to head down this road cause I knew that at the end of it was the Park that the SUU invite is hosted at.. But I didn't know how far down it was.. So I just thought we would go out 15minutes and turn around... and we were about 13 minutes out and parker decided we should turn down this side street instead to avoid the smelly factory plants.. We ended up at the park I was talking about! :D Which was good.... but the run ended up being 5 miles instead of 3.. hahaha but it wasn't to bad! :D I had to stop to go to the bathroom at the park.. That was about it.. We ran for 53 minutes.. And I felt like we were going pretty fast but since I can't assume any pace I just say it was 10 min/mile pace to be safe! So.... 5 miles there you have it! :D

just three on my own in the killer wind! I was pretty tight from yesterday. My legs just felt like bricks.. It was a good run though! :D

Just an easy three. Took a different route today to explore some things. Went out along I guess what soon became a high way past a bunch of industrial plants. It was down hill the whole way out and I felt pretty good except my stomache.. Then I turned around and it was UPHILL all the way back.. Oye! It felt pretty good. The only thing was my left leg from my shin all the way up to the back of my hip was sort of achey. Good run.

My stomache KILLED!!! I gotta figure out how to space my eating at the right time cause my stomach is sooo sensitive! I have been eating really healthy but I guess I don't let it digest enough or something!!!

Tried to not eat to much before i went to see if I could combat the stomache problem.. My stomache felt good today but I didn't eat enough so I felt week! it might have been the bleachy smell that made me sick too from cleaning all day... I will get this system down to a science one day! :D
