Morning run was good. We still are perfect at the running together but we are doing a lot better. The main thing is you can't keep getting after someone for going faster.. you just gotta do you thing and let them do theirs. I just stick with the group.. if someone is dropping pull them up unless their pulling us back to much.. But I haven't seen that be the case in the longest time. I figure what ever pace Kaylee can run at without it hurting her, I should be fine to.
After noon.. got out there on time today! warm up. then a 4 mile loop that ended up not being 4 so we ran somemore around the track.. and then striders and lifting.. I had to go fast through everything, especially lifting. cause I had work at 5. I told work tonight to try and schedule me for the later hours! |
