PM: 800 repeats!!! I didn't expect this work out so it was a little wierd running it on a monday!! But they felt good and strong all up until between the fourth and fifth one I had to go to the bathroom so I hurried to the bathroom and hurried back so i didnt really get a break so my 5th one DROPPED! It was bad.. But I brought it back up on the 6th one. My legs are just soo dead I really hope this was the beginning of tappering! ha |
