No AM. PM: Dogpound AT. At the beginning it was sort of sore. Like when your going fast and you want to go faster but you have like no control over your sore legs if you go faster your legs might start slipping out from under you. But after we turned onto the dog pound road it felt a lot better. I really focused on making the end of the AT way fast and strong. I also made sure after I slowed back down to a cool down pace that I stayed strong. At the fence coach didn't say to do a fast finish that I know of but I have really been trying to focus on the finishes after Snow Canyon so I sprinted from the fence in. It felt good. Sleeping in has been really nice. But its so weird only logging in 4 miles for a day. I am actually starting to get a little mile hungry! But I am pumped for region! |
