I let Josh talk me into running a Big Workout with him this morning. Since I didn't get a workout on Tuesday I thought it would be a good idea. We ran 3 miles of warm up over to Sunnyside and Guardsman. From there we ran 2 miles in 12:10 (Tinman pace), arriving at Sugarhouse Park. Then we ran 4 x 4 minutes "hard," for me this was about 5:45-5:53 pace, faster for Josh. I cut the last one short for a needed stop at Starbucks on 15/15. Then we ran home, slowly. |
