| Easy miles around the 'hood. I had an ASTYM appointment at 8:15. I think the hamstring is improving a bit, but it's slow and I'm impatient. It actually feels pretty good while running, it's the tension in the muscle after the run that gives me concern. | Add Comment |

| I had a great run up to the gate at Red Butte with a return along the Shoreline Trail. For the first time in a long time, I had the confidence in my hamstring to do a few surges and they all felt good.
