Mountain biking in Moab. We rode the "Whole Enchilada" -- 26 miles of trail plus a 5 mile ride back into town.

Easy 6.5 this morning (well, all my miles are "easy" these days so that's a given).  I'm into my third week of PT and ASTYM treatments and I think I'm seeing some improvements. I had no pain after Saturday's "long" run and mild pain after today's run.  I think there is hope.

I rode the bike at lunch, 10 miles with some big climbs, but overall very short and easy.

Out and back to This is the Place Monument. It was good to run out to one of the old stomping grounds; it made it feel like a legitimate run. It was maybe a little further than I should have gone as the hamstring flared up again. However, with the ASTYM treatments, the PT advised that I continue to stay active and that's what I'm trying to do. I do think there is some improvement.
