1 mile warmup. 8.01 miles of steady-state running at 5:51 pace (46:51). Was planning on going 10 but had to chase a squirrel into Luke's house as I passed by after 8. 1 mile cooldown adds to 10.

7 miles around the lake with Pod and L.T. in 47 minutes. It was great to talk to them. Hopefully more runs with them in the future.

2 miles of warmup. 4 mile tempo (usual route) with wind on the way back. Splits where approx. 5:54, 5:04, 5:16, 5:42 and 2 second turn-around for 22:00. Not the best-executed split management but it'll do. 2 miles of cooldown.

Warmup half mile with the whole squad before 10 mile run out and back down 61st. Took 1:07.53. Afterwards I got a haircut and got there 10 minutes late. Miles before style.

It was foggy and overcast today but there wasn't any wind. Thus, it was the perfect day for a workout. Started with 2 miles of warmup. Workout was 10x400m with 1:00 rest. Goal pace was 68 per rep and ended up with average of 67 (69, 68, 66, 67, 67, 68, 67, 67, 67, 67). It wasn't too strenuous and was a good little session before the indoor meet on Saturday. Finished off with a mile cooldown after waiting for Thomas' hands to warm up. Since we were soaking and freezing after the mile we parted ways and I went home to get 20 minutes of stationary biking in for the remainder of my cooldown (13.2 km).
