wednesday -boot camp (walk 3k)
thursday - swim 1.6k (walk 3k)
friday - bike 95 k. Saw the cutest little baby flying foxes.
saturday- run 6k, then bike 3k, run 2k with son.
no points for me for PT. OOPS. Need to do better next week. Why do I keep forgetting?
