So today I didn't technically run, but I played in a volleyball tournament yesterday and today. Trust me, there was lots of short sprints, diving and jumping involved. I am sure it accounts for at least a mile. I am so extremely sore it isn't even funny. I would say it was 3-4 hours on Friday (5-6 hours total time there, but only 3-4 of actual play time) and then about 5 hours of playing today. |
