I got up this morning and still wasn't feeling very well. I think the combination of whatever bug I had last week, and changing my running schedule to morning has just taken its toll on my body. I set out and met up with Mik'L. I wanted to do 4, but when I woke up, I thought I should only do 3 so I didn't over do it. But once we hit our stride we felt like doing more, so we comprimised with 3.5. It felt good! Thanks Mik'L for getting up early to go with me :)
