Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run 3-4 days a week, and increase the mileage on my long run each week.

Long-Term Running Goals:

In 2009 I would like to do 2 half marathons and 1 sprint triathlon.

Personal:

I have always been athletic, but started running more seriously at the start of 2007. I had to take a few months off in the summer and fall. I had twins boys in Oct 2007 (hence the time off). I lost a lot of weight when I had them, but managed to gain some of it back. We have a double stroller, which is the hardest workout when I take the boys for a jog.

I did this run with Mik'L. I am still very slow after having the twins, but at least I am running. Hopefully I will get more and more miles in.

Welcome to the blog. I've run through 3 of my 5 pregnancies. I always start with a minuium base of a couple miles a day and work up from there. 3 is great. Fun to run with Mik'L.

Welcome to the blog. I have twin girls (5 years old) and running has been the only way that I have been able to stay sane.

Welcome to the blog! Running has been my best weight management tool for post children, but my goal has always been to get skinny, instead of stay skinny, so it sounds like you have a great starting point.

WELCOME TO THE BLOG!! I have 3 year old twin boys (Briggs & Stockton). It is a really special thing to be the mom of twins. Just know that it only gets better! My boys were born at the end of October 2004 and I started running in January of 2005. It has been the one thing keeping me sane - I love it.
