PM - 6 a little faster. The calf is holding up. Still sore, still definitely injured, but it's allowing me to run easy.

| AM - Easy 8, about 7:30 avg.
PM - Elliptical workout. 10:00 warmup, 3 x 10:00 w/ 4:00 rests. 3:00 cool down. 52 mins total, likely equivalent to 8-9 miles of work.
I was shooting for tempo effort on the 3x10, but it got away from me. First rep was closer to 5k effort and the other 2 were suffer fests because of it. Working out on an unfamiliar machine is tough, but I think I'd rather hit it too hard than too easy.

| Long run: Big City Loop edition. Warmed into it for 4 miles and then progressed down to 6:20s with the last few around 6:00. 6:30 avg for the run, about 6:15 for the final 14. It felt pretty easy, although my calf was letting me know it was still hurt. No major pains, just some soreness. It's continuing to progress.
