PM - Elliptical workout. 10:00 warmup, 3 x 10:00 w/ 4:00 rests. 3:00 cool down. 52 mins total, likely equivalent to 8-9 miles of work.
I was shooting for tempo effort on the 3x10, but it got away from me. First rep was closer to 5k effort and the other 2 were suffer fests because of it. Working out on an unfamiliar machine is tough, but I think I'd rather hit it too hard than too easy.
