Camp Casey workout. 6x2k w/ 2:30 rests. 6:42, 6:37, 6:32, 6:30, 6:26. Much more difficult than last year. Hoping it's just the higher mileage in my legs. Felt like I was working pretty hard.

Back in the Tri-cities for a few days. 6 mile tempo along the river with Mr. Armstrong. First 2 at 5:35, 3 in 16:37. Had to take a bathroom break in the middle, so maybe a 3:00 rest. Then came back in 16:12 with a 5:19 final mile to finish in 32:49. Moderate effort, I could feel the fatigue in my legs, but was pleased with how controlled this run felt. PM - Easy 6 |
