10 x 30s hill sprints. I'm having a bit of sciatica in my left side, and it really hampered me on the first couple. Full warmup with drills, but it still took a couple reps to loosen up.
Calves were sore but fine. Still adjusting to forefoot striking. My right knee complained just a bit, but I don't think it's a big deal. Very different pain from the patellofemoral stuff, but keeping an eye on it.
