15 x 1:00 on/off. Went pretty well, though I'm definitely running too hard for threshold. 5:36 avg according to the watch. I'll have to slow down when I extend the reps until my fitness catches up.

I was worried about my left calf after the hill sprints, but it's calmed down. Hardly felt it today.
