Short Farmington loop. PT had me work on evening up my stride. I've been favoring my right knee for some time, and we finally found a combo that's keeping the forces even. It's only been a few days of experimenting with it, but already I feel noticeably less pain in my left Achilles. The right has been solid for awhile.
Keeping an eye on my right knee. It's grumbling just a bit with the added load, but so far so good.
