4 easy + 20 min cycling. My left knee acted up a little during the cycling, so I cut things short. It's likely normal early-training cycle training, so I'm not too worried about it at this point.
6 in 7:29 avg + 30 min cycling. This run didn't leave me gasping for breath, so I think things are moving in the right direction. Left knee still irritated but I've been wearing the knee sleeve, stretching, and icing and it's trending up as well.
