Steeple for the People and our end-of-the-year bbq was today. This is one of my favorite traditions of the year--our team dresses in costume and runs a 3000m steeplechase followed by grilled hamburgers that serves as our awards banquet. I've never run a steeplechase before, never had the desire to, but I can see the appeal. If only I could jump I might give it a serious try. We set the barriers to the women's height, and that was hard enough for me to clear. |
