4 x cruise mile. 6:04, 5:54, 5:52, 5:54. Added 4x30s, though the hips were a bit locked up and they were barely 5:00 pace.
Saw my PT about my hips and getting them worked on. This is an issue going all the way back to 2014. Being older and probably switching to forefoot has put more load on them, and I want to get ahead of the issue.
