I was out to do an easy 10 but tripped over a cement barrier I was trying to jump over. I really don't know what happened, but suddenly I was falling and landed on my knee. Luckily it doesn't look like I did anything serious, but I got a giant goose egg on my inner quad and I ended up hitchhiking back to my car.
