Finished my last run for the week... another midnight run. The moon was out tonight and things were pretty well lit up. 6 moderate miles around the Slate Canyon loop at about 7:30 pace. I think I'll keep the monetary penalty for the next week, at least until I can get in the habit of doing these runs in the morning. But I'll bump it to $10 per day that I don't run. That should still be enough motivation to get me out the door. |
