AM - 3 WU, 6 @ 5:58 avg, 4 x 200m sprints, CD to 12. I told my body to shoot for 5:40 effort, and it gave me 5:53 and 5:51 the first 2 miles. I opted not to force the pace and just cruise. Felt fine aerobically. Legs are feeling the bump in miles.
