AM - I want to spend the rest of my mornings this week fishing, so I moved up my workout day. 4x cruise miles at Padden (1:00 rests). 5:17, 5:18, 5:20, 5:20. This went way better than my workout last week, and I felt good throughout. The hip flexor/glute problems I've been having were non-existent, and my stride felt smooth. I was a few seconds fast on each one, but this was pretty close to the right pace.
