10 miles on Historic Union Pacific Rail trail near Silver Springs and turning around just outside of Park City. Beautiful morning. Knee is holding up but still a little irritated. I think it's just a flare up of Osgood Schlatter's. I still get those now and then. 7:02 average, 6500-6700' elevation.
