Well I got sick last week and it's been a rough patch for training. I got on antibiotics last Sunday and am almost feeling normal. Still lots of sinus pain, and my legs feel like I've been doing heavy squats all week.
But I got back on the track today to try to salvage some fitness. 6x800m (400m jog/2:00 rests) + 4x200m

Overall a decent workout. I started conservatively given the recent illness, and I thought I was going to crash and burn as the first lap of #2 felt pretty bad, but after that I seemed to get into a groove.
