20 min cycling
6 weeks from surgery and was cleared to do a little cycling. Starting out easy to not overdo it. Other PT work is consisting of leg extensions, one-legged eccentric leg press, and a few other things like that. And TENS unit and EMS stuff. Shocking my quads is fun.
I still have a little swelling and stiffness in the knee, but it is slowly improving. I have almost full range of motion. I'm hoping 2 more weeks before attempting a run, but I'll bet it's closer to 4. Progress feels slooooowwwwww.
