I took another marathon pace class tonight, I was the only one in the classroom but the teacher couldn't care less, the lesson was about consistency on the 4:30/km rhythm, we kept repeating over and over the 4:30 mantra for 1 hour 10 min and 26 seconds. I was very satisfied about the result and so my teacher because we finished a full minute and 34 seconds earlier. Tomorrow a more boring recovery run and entry.

| | 10 miles in 1:23:56, good recovery run, especially the second half was 6 minutes faster than the first half. I felt very good from the beginning and finished strong at 9 pm when was already dark.

This is one of those runs where the goal is just to finish the planned miles and nothing else. I felt my legs were completely glicogen depleted, no energy left, completely dead. I am glad when it was over. 8 miles in 1:14:07.

| | 6.2 miles in 57:27. Another recovery run, I was trying to relax as much as possible, pretending it was not hot and humid. | Add Comment |
| | 6.2 miles in 1:01:16 and it says it all. I am going to skip tomorrow race to rest a little bit and regroup. Next three days I will be on vacation, it will be a good time to rest and relax and recover some energies. | Comments(2) |
