Thanks Kelli. :o)

I forget how wonderful Yoga is. I really shouldn't give it up like I do when things get crazy.

Yea for yoga! I did a really hard yoga class yesterday, and man! I was sweating and breathing pretty darn hard, and yet moving so little. How is it possible? I don't know, but I've stopped having back problems since I started doing yoga, so I think it RULES! Congrats at getting back into exercising.

Lybi, you are always finding this crazy hard classes. Maybe I should look into where ever you go and meet you there sometime. :o)
