Last week didn't go the way I wanted (I didn't run a whole lot), so even though I had some time constrictions, I decided to start this week off right. It might not have been a long run, but it was a run none the less... and pushing my girls. Melanie was playing name that color or item the entire time, so that was good.
Here's crossing fingers and waiting to hear about St. George this week. (could Friday get here any slower?) |

| Last week was a bust. I did run more than once, but fell, twisted my ankle, and just about got ran over... So, I turned around and slowly jogged home. I decided to give my ankle a the rest of the week off. Today, I started thinking I would do a short run, but got into a pretty good groove and kept running. My ankle doesn't hurt too much. It didn't hurt while I was running, but while I was taking my shower, I could tell it was a little sore. I'll just keep an eye on it. My goal for the rest of May is to run 25 miles a week. I think that's a reasonable goal. Brandon graduates on Thursday :o) I'm SO excited! |

| Had a good run. It was nice. Not too hot (granted, I went after the sun went down) and there was a nice breeze for most of the run. |

Went for a brisk walk with my girls. We made a few deliveries on the way. It was fun.
Did yoga... and it felt great! Why do I forget about yoga? I do love it when I remember. |

| yoga yoga! :o) Twisted my ankle putting Melanie to bed, long story, and decided not to run on it, which was good because Brandon got an emegency call that made him have to leave about 10 minutes after I typically start running. I think it was inspired. |

Will add a report later as I'm off to Show Low for a baptism. I was 7th woman overall though, and I'm excited about that! Didn't get to stay for awards. :o( But the baptism is definitely more important.
