I ran an easy 4 miles today at a slower pace.  I'm thinking it was about the pace I will be running in the half on Saturday.  It felt good but I have a sore muscle on my left leg (the inside part of my calf muscle).  Any advice that could help me elevate the pain before my race?

Camille, I think it is wonderful what you are doing for your cousin!

Your going to have a great half this weekend!

(PS, I think you went backwards on your total miles.)(That may be ok though, if everyone will donate for the extra miles.:0) )

Jona - Thank you! I'm confused though. Where did I go backwards (I must be overlooking something)

Camille, Nevermind. You have it right. "Don't pay attention to that guy behind the curtain."

I don't know what I was thinking. I saw the 77 and the previous was 73, and for some reason I was thinking it should be subtracted. Again, pay no attention!

Sorry.

Jon

Those cakes look freakin' yummy! Will you make me one for Del Sol? lol

From Camille on Fri, Oct 03, 2008 at 11:03:01

ask me when we get closer. It's a lot of fun to do, it will just depend on how busy I am in February. But I think if we have an after Del Sol Party, there should definitely be cake.

Mike - Thanks for the luck sent my way. I will definately be singing. I'm planning on loading more music onto my radio today so that I have a better variety of songs :o)

Mike - Thanks! I haven't blogged about it yet, but I will here shortly. I appreciate the luck you sent my way!

Walter - I was SO bumbed. I was going to bring the top tier up to Payson to eat after our race and totally forgot it. It was such a bummer. Good job on the SGM. I haven't read your blog yet, but I will soon!
