Can you say L-O-S-E-R?  I was up way too late last night and my body hurt way too much this morning, so I didn't get up.  Dang it!

I have my first race on Saturday, and next week I'm turning it on for the following 4 weeks because I'm going to run 100 miles in a month.  (I have a story behind it, if you are interested, let me know).  So, I guess I should run a few miles tonight to help me keep it going, but nothing too much, right?  How does that work?

Added...

I got out and ran tonight.  Brandon got home from work a little early to get his scout activity ready, so I was able to get out beforehe went to mutual (5:30).  It was a little warm, but not too bad.  I did learn a very valuable lesson though...  don't eat oreos withing 2 hours of running.  I almost tossed them a few times... bad!!!

Walter - how is the migraine? Gone I hope!

From walter on Wed, Sep 10, 2008 at 18:49:19

You know I get them often and can usually kick them when they just start, but I got one while i was sleeping and when I woke up it was all over for me. Excederin usually kicks it if I take them right away. But it gives me a sick feeling in my gut all day. So I still have to summon up some running miles tonight. Thanks for asking.

Opps... put this in the wronge place... :o)

Walter - I hate that sick feeling. It is quite annoying. I hope you can beat it and get out there tonight. I'm planning on running tonight as well, assuming my husband doesn't end up at mutual too late. Good luck!

I actually can side with women when they tell me the feeling they get. I still have it and will force my run tonight.

From camille on Wed, Sep 10, 2008 at 22:19:00

perhaps you should rest tonight and try to beat the migranie with rest. Would that help?
