55min kickboxing class 3 mile run Had a great class and run this morning! It feels good to feel your self getting stronger and stronger. I am having some pain in my ankle though. I think my ankle is just weak, it is the same leg I had my stress fracture in. It doesn't hurt when I run, only after. Hope it goes away soon. I have been doing some ankle stretches. Hope that will work. My 2 older kids have been in MN for the past week and are finally home! It was nice to have them gone, but glad to have them back. It was weird to not be with my kids on a trip. I had no control and that was kind of hard to deal with. Now Their home and we have to bring them back to reality. My parents spoiled them to death!! They had a great time! |
