Marathon - 3:01:47 @ Marine Corps Marathon 10/27/13
Short-Term Running Goals:
I hope to continue setting PRs at all distances. Specifically I want to run a BQ marathon and Break 17 minutes in the 5K. Run a sub 3 hour marathon in a spring 2014 marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
My long term goals are to stay healthy and continue to run. I hope to eventually get to the point of being regionally competitive in road races and to run a sub 2:30 marathon. Dream big right?
Personal:
I'm married with 2 kids and a full time job. I started running in my early 30s as way to lose weight and stay fit.
