18.7 miles on the bike.  I had to go do a site visit near Camelback Mountain.  Apparently this guy wants to build a couple of rock retaining walls on his property and his neighbor is freaking out about the runoff coming on to his property because of it.  They want me to do a quick drainage schematic.  Anyway, I had my wife take me, and I rode home.  Broadway is not a bike friendly road.  Especially through the ghetto.  Why does the ghetto have bad roads?

They rough up the roads on purpose to keep bikers off their turf. Way to show them you won't back down.

So what do you do? Some reason, I thought you were a computer nerd.

QP - I'm not afraid of those ghetto scum. Pirate scum, on the other hand...

Tara - I belong to the world's oldest profession.

Prostitution? Whoa. Sorry I asked.

No, you make alcohol. Sorry, wrong hooch.

Hey Broadway Burt, shouldn't you be finished with that schematic yet? Or did you get a flat tire in the ghetto?

From Nan on Fri, Apr 26, 2013 at 10:44:19 from 98.245.117.176

No, Tara, he's a spy AKA stalker. Male prostitution is not a profession.

From Burt on Fri, Apr 26, 2013 at 11:20:16 from 71.216.109.214

Joe - I finished the schematic, but then they wanted a grading and drainage plan, and the City of Phoenix said if they had known what they were doing, they would have required one, but it would be the inspector's call, and the inspector said - you guys figure it out, and the contractor said I'll talk to the home owner, and I'm like, just give me some money! You know?

Nan - who are you?

From allie on Fri, Apr 26, 2013 at 11:40:04 from 97.117.82.92

taraaaahahahaha.

Thank you, thank you. I left Burt speechless. Bucket list executed. Although, Nan is completely right.
